Welcome to KeepMeYou. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them, they are short.

Using the app

• You must be at least 13 years old to use KeepMeYou.
• Keep your PIN private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Use your real name or a name your friends and family know you by. Do not pretend to be someone else.

Be respectful

KeepMeYou is for friends and family. Do not use it to:

• harass, bully, threaten or hurt anyone;
• share anything illegal, hateful, violent or sexual involving minors;
• send spam, scams or harmful files;
• share other people's private information or photos without their permission;
• break the app, get around its security or access other people's accounts.

Your content

What you send stays yours. You give us permission to store and deliver it so the app can work. Only share things you have the right to share.

Removing accounts

We can remove content or suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms, or to keep people safe. You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time.

The app is provided "as is"

KeepMeYou is free and provided "as is", without any warranties. We work hard to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error free, or that messages will never be lost. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage from using the app.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If we do, we will update this page and the date at the top. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
